Each page contains an upper and lowercase letter placed to represent primary paper with a dashed mid-line. There is a starting dot and arrows for directionality. The alphabet books are used with the introduction of each of the letters of the alphabet in the Volume 1, Phonics Guide and Lesson Plans instruction.
