At Language Circle Enterprises our goal is to provide only the best products to support our curriculum. Therefore, it is our policy not to accept returns. Merchandise arriving defective or damaged from shipping may be returned for full exchange of items. Any claim for damage or defects of products must be specified by contacting our customer service department.
If for some reason your product doesn’t meet your needs or satisfaction, please contact our customer service department to authorize the return of your merchandise. All returns require approval.
Upon case by case approval, we can issue a refund once the product is returned to Language Circle showing no sign of use or shipping damage. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
